About us

We have over 15 years of experience in supporting school finance and governance.

Caroline Day developed our school business services in response to a growing need for ensuring good governance and financial management within schools.

As a small, family-run firm, we pride ourselves on taking a holistic approach to our consulting work, really taking the time to understand what makes each school unique and tailoring our reports and suggestions to you.

With a speciality in Primary education, we have experience leading numerous large projects - including the incorporation of two medium-sized Trusts and voluntary-aided schools into one larger Trust for Lincolnshire; and the setup of an on-site nursery for 48 children aged 0-4 years, with wrap-around care for primary aged children.

We’re also familiar with the conversion process to academy status, having managed several Primary conversions.

We understand that every school is different. Whether we’re carrying out internal scrutiny or providing training to Trust boards and governors, we offer a supportive and personal service that empowers your staff to help your pupils thrive.
